Introduction

I believe in absolute transparency when dealing with my Clients. I don’t employ an hourly rate. I employ a flat rate. My minimum charge for any service I provide is $125. That's my minimum rate and not my maximum rate. I'm not sure if Clients are aware of the fact that Thumbtack charges Providers when you submit a request for service; even if the Provider isn't hired. Therefore, I request that my potential Clients exercise a level of seriousness prior to contacting me. Here is a list of some of my standard "rough estimate" pricing for your viewing: ***pricing may vary depending on your unique situation*** -closet installation (no less than half the cost of your closet unit + supplies) -toilet installation ($100 each + supplies) -toilet repair (on-site estimate + supplies) -faucet & sink installation (on site estimate + supplies) -ceiling fan installation ($80 each + supplies + $20 removal of each old fixture) -TV mount [($100 each 65" or less) ($120 each more than 65")+ supplies] I don't design closets. I install closets. After you purchase your closet I can install it.

What an incredible build! Isish really took the time to construct a difficult overhead garage system. Unfortunately the garage kit I bought had vertical metal pieces that were too long to fit over the garage without the door hitting it. However, I found Isish who was able to cut the steel on the spot and install the system at a great price, very well done. He was very receptive to my ideas and was able to make it into reality far beyond my expectations.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate for jobs; not an hourly rate. I'm willing to give a "rough estimate" over the phone and a firm estimate in person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received basic formal construction related training during my 13 years in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineering Department (Seabees). I have more than 20 years of on-the-job training because every job I’ve ever had was related to construction or maintenance.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Handyman work sort of found me because many of my friends would ask me to do repairs & installations for them. Then they passed the word to their friends that I'm a Handyman for hire. I began receiving so many calls for Handyman work which made me realize there is a shortage of reliable Handymen in Las Vegas. So here I am. Now I'm serving Las Vegas as a reliable Handyman.
