Lloyd was very professional, and provided candid advice and recommendations regarding installation of the wall tv mount and wiring. He asked all pertinent questions ahead of the install, so that he came prepared to complete the project in a single visit, with all the required materials and tools. I'll use him again for any similar handiwork projects around our house.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The longer a job will take the better the hourly rate. For instance if I'm there for a 2-hour job it's going to be 65 an hour. If I'm there for 3 days it goes down.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction and regular banter. LOL.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trade school, continued ed with electric, hand's on with doing HVAC for a living. EPA card.
