Maxim takes alot of pride in his workmanship! He was especially kind,knowledgeable and replied to my texts and calls in setting up appointment. Even drove to our home at night in pouring down rain to get the job done.I highly recommend him,he is trustworthy and can do so many things! My husband and I were very impressed with him.

Max completed the repair of my malfunctioning front door in record time and now it works perfectly. He was able to figure out rapidly what was wrong with my door and proceeded to fix the problem effectively. He was very friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. He was very reasonable and has the ability to perform other repairs my home which is 45 years old needs and I Definitely will be hiring him in the near future after the holidays to do more work for me.

Maxim was great to work with. Professional and capable in his profession. Due to unforeseen problems on my end, I couldn't continue with the project. Therefore, Octopus Property Services, LLC was not able to finish or start my project. I feel really badly, but I have to do what I have to do. I do hope Max will have lots of others to work for as I think he will do a great job for them.
