- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the time and materials required for the job. I provide estimates before beginning any work, so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation to understand the customer’s needs and expectations. Then I ask for photos or I schedule an on-site visit, if needed. I provide an estimate, agree on timing, and start the work. I communicate throughout the entire process and make sure the customer is satisfied before completing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience and training in general home repairs, furniture assembly, drywall patching, painting, minor electrical and plumbing tasks, and installation work. I continually improve my skills through practical work and professional tutorials.
