- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new real estate photography client is smooth and efficient: Initial Inquiry & Scheduling – Contact us to discuss your property, preferred shoot date, and service needs. Booking Confirmation – We confirm the appointment, discuss any special requests, and provide preparation tips. On-Site Photography – We capture high-quality images, including interior, and exterior. Editing & Enhancement – Professional editing ensures bright, crisp, and appealing images that showcase the property. Delivery of Images – Final images are delivered via an online gallery, typically within 24-48 hours. Additional Services – If needed, we offer virtual staging, video tours, floor plans, and other enhancements
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in electro-mechanical service engineering. My training has been hands-on, working with various types of equipment and different employers, which provided me with the necessary skills for performing correct repairs.
