- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always flexible and willing to negotiate based on specific projects, and I want to make sure we can agree on a price that is fair for both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to learn about the project so I can provide a quote and estimated completion time. I’m always available via Thumbtack messenger, text, or call to speak with clients. Then, we agree upon a time that is convenient for our team to start the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of pros have experience in many various trades. As the founder, I have a degree in Finance, and have owned a business for the last 10 years. Although I can whip up a nice Excel spreadsheet, I also enjoy working with my hands. I know how to negotiate fair deals, provide excellent customer service, clearly communicate with clients, and deliver exceptional results as promised.
