First and foremost , this client was given an initial estimate by thumbtack as thumbtack assumed she only had one restroom that needed stick and peel tiling, however simple math . Secondly if you look at the profile completely, yes there is a travel charge of $45 in which the client was discounted to $40. She was further discounted as again I repeat she was given an initial estimate not a complete estimate. Her actual total without discounts involved regularly would’ve been about $360, however she was only charged $200 plus $40 which totals $240. Both restrooms are indeed completely tiled and the client wanted to pay nothing and nothing at all which is completely uncivil.
