I message Mr. Gates (Dalton) and got a quick response within a couple of minutes and was given a schedule within a couple of hours to diagnose my unit. After troubleshooting my unit to see what parts failed, they call the manufacturer for the warranty information, Dalton was transparent and even offered to process the parts warranty on my behalf. I'm very pleased with the level of service performed by Mr. Gates Heating & Cooling and I would definitely recommend them if ever you need HVAC service."See more

The previous company said the blower motor needed to be replaced and to do that the joists had to be cut out. Terry took a look at what they left him and within 5 minutes said the problem was a burnt solder joint. He resolved my issue in less than an hour. He is an expert at his work and very professional and easy to talk to. Overall awesome experience with this company!! They are now my preferred HVAC company and Terry has the knowledge and customer focus that any consumer would want."."See more
