The work done for an air duct cleaning was very thorough, thoughtful, and exceptionally well done. My wife was concerned about dust particles in the house during some recent restoration/renovation work and the technician was able to easily assess trouble spots in the vents, went above and beyond in the service to clean, and highlighted why the service was going to make a dramatic difference and it did.

Hired to inspect the hvac systems for house we are under contract to buy. They were able to come quickly consistent with our schedule and needs. When booked the rate was $35. They called ahead to explain that was $35 per system but traditional furnace/ac counted as two systems. So total cost would be almost twice what we first thought. At that point our schedule didn't allow us to cancel or shop around. We went ahead. Tech came onsite as scheduled. Performed eval as requested. Sent a large number of pictures that were helpful. Also useful discussion about expected life and anticipated future service and cost of eventual complete replacement. Sent a written invoice. Gave a written estimate for some minor repairs. We didn't do the repairs as it is not our house yet. The seller did the repairs with another company and their cost was about 30 percent less.
So we are glad this company came and did what we needed when we needed. Very helpful and friendly tech. But next time, with more time available, I might shop around for lower cost options. And I'd ask more questions about total price expected.

Our Tech Eric was very personable, professional and experienced. Originally we thought maybe our ducks needed to be cleaned. We haven’t lived in this house that long so we didn’t know. Eric said that the ducks did not look that bad or dirty but he said maybe we would be interested in product called the light stick. After explaining how it worked, it sounded like something that we really were interested in and we purchased it. He installed it and we’ve been happy with it. I think it’s going to make a difference.

Matt is a very professional guy. Did a complete check of my a/c system in the attic and duct work as well. Made recommendication to me to improve the air quality inside the house. This person knows all the different products in the field. Yes I would definitely recommend this company for your heating and air conditioner work. Plus they are very reasonable price for service calls.
