The work done for an air duct cleaning was very thorough, thoughtful, and exceptionally well done. My wife was concerned about dust particles in the house during some recent restoration/renovation work and the technician was able to easily assess trouble spots in the vents, went above and beyond in the service to clean, and highlighted why the service was going to make a dramatic difference and it did.

Air Done Right - couldn’t say it any better!
Eric came out and gave us a second opinion, he replaced our leaky valve and helped refill our freeon. Not only that but he also cleaned thoroughly our HVAC. He was meticulous in his approach which was greatly appreciated. We’ve used about 5 providers through our Homeowner’s warranty and we reached out to Air Done Right on our own, I’m so happy we did! Eric blew the other providers out of the water and I’ll be calling Air Done Right for any future HVAC needs. Excellent warranty service provided to fix a malfunctioning heating unit. Hensley, the service tech, identified failure within minutes of arrival. He expeditiously completed the repair, and together with his supervisor Nicks assistance earned an outstanding rating for customer satisfaction.

Matt was efficient and checked each air ducts inside and checked the temperature. He wore safety booty over his shoes not to track in outside dirt. Gave some recommendations on the HVAC system. Was on time in the timeframe of the inspection and service.
