Our AC went out in the middle of the night, and by 8:00 a.m. they had already responded. They had a technician out to our house within just a few hours. I couldn’t be more pleased with Air Done Right. I found their information originally from the Nextdoor app. My ac system went out right after cooking dinner on a hot weeknight. After submitting an inquiry that night by 7am they were calling me. From the first phone call to the very end they were professional and super responsive. Eric was able to visit our property two hours after I spoke to the office. Very fast! Eric walked us through our choices and gave us honest feedback about our systems, which were from 1999! 😳😳😳 Nevertheless, they were able to complete the total ac/furnace replacement the same day!! By the evening everything was up and running and cooling down!!! The men who showed up to do the install were amazing! They worked very hard to complete the job in a timely manner. Very professional and they took the time to make sure we understood everything all while enduring the temp in my house that had risen to 97 degrees! Such a relief to have ac again, especially when it’s 110 outside!! Thank you for being able to service us so fast and in an emergency situation with high temperatures. I will definitely recommend others!
