Mayra incorporates sound healing and essential oils during the Reiki session. Tibetan singing bowls and essential oils are used to promote a deep level of relaxation and balance. Chakra balancing is completed using crystals followed by Reiki healing. Mayra has experience providing Reiki to adults and children. Mayra feels blessed to have the opportunity to bring Reiki sessions to individuals that needed it! During my Reiki session, I was able to relax, allow my mind to rest, and allowed me to focus away from my hip pain, which is now a constant in my life. Moments of peace are much appreciated!

I received my very first Reiki session from Mayra at a time where my life felt unbalanced. She possessed such a calming energy that immediately made me feel relaxed and open to this new experience. She explained the process so I knew what to expect. After the session, I felt reenergized and calm and I have been hooked ever since! I highly recommend Mayra due to her positive energy and calming forces!

I was lucky enough to have a Reiki session with Mayra and can't say enough good things about it. She was professional, took her time with explaining everything, and was able to pinpoint my areas of pain. I felt completely relaxed and comfortable with her during my session and had the best night of sleep that evening. I highly recommend trying a Reiki session with her!
