- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are billed for the actual time on site. For bigger projects we can discuss discounts for volume or size.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically try to get as much information as we can about what the customer wants to have done and then provide an estimate based on that information. Once we get to the home if something is outside the scope of what we estimated we will discuss with the customer before proceeding further so there are no surprises. We only bill if we do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of experience and operate across the country having installed or serviced well over 20k customers.
