- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing. Verys. Most houses under 2500sq ft. Are 100$ general cleaning and customer supply there own cleaning products. General cleaning only If I supply the product price becomes 125$ Eco friendly customer and I supply cleaning product 140$ Move in/move out 150$ Price subject to change on square footage. Laundry/window extra
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First time customer I like to speak to over the phone and make and appointment to review there home before starting a job. This gives me a mental over view what what needs to be done. I like to give the customer and honest plan on how we can go about achieving what there demand and request are.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Helping my mother in law clean other people house so I could be more involved with my children's youth and education. It made it flexible for me to do so.
