- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer first time customer discounts, military discounts, and promotional discounts. We do apply 3.5% surcharge for services purchased via credit card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to provide estimates in person. We consult with the client to decide which of our services (Standard Clean, Deep Clean, Moving Clean) is right for them. We also assess which add-ons make sense for their lifestyle and budget. We send formal estimates via email, contact the customer prior to arrival, perform the work, and conduct a post-cleaning walk through inspection as a quality guarantee.
