What can I say? Not only were they able to get me in same day, but also did a magnificent job. The apartment we just moved into had major pet stains and odor. ALL ODOR IS REMOVED INCLUDING THE STAINS!! Our tech was fast, friendly, professional, and efficient. I’ve went through other commercial companies (Zerorez and Stanley Steamer to name a few) both tried to charge me a different rate than what was originally quoted or said they couldn’t do it. Not with this tech! I will definitely be using him again. My only regret is that I didn’t take before and after pictures. I will definitely refer him to my real estate friends for move in/move outs. My only advice: Raise your rates! This was a complete blessing, but your rates should be much hire for the value you offer. Thank you a million times over. Amazing!
