Allow me to say, the mother-daughter couple that showed up were very friendly. They came into our home and looked around and seemed very confident they could get the job done. Red Flag: What I found interesting was the company did not use a structured cost/quote sheet. The daughter was making side notes on her clip board and guessing on what the cost would be to clean our home. Side note: Do not use Simple Maids if you have pets. They do not have the professional resources to handle the job, no matter how big the job. Not everyone on Thumbtack is a solid company, be careful and do your research.
