- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that prices varies on how big is the house or the number of bed/bathrooms. And the first visit usually requires more time and detailing which is why the price a bit more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll set up an appointment to go see the house and the work that they require and after the tour I'll explain them everything that we will be doing and the price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a 5 star luxury resort and casino (WYNN) Where they trained me for the attention to detail, customer service and the quality of work.
