- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give discounts based on frequency of cleanings. When a customer requests repeat cleanings the first thing we suggest is a deep clean. This gives us a good foundation to work with going forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is asking questions to understand the needs of the customer. Once we have a good idea of what their expectations are we work hard to meet those expectations. Unlike other companies, when we are done, we dont just walk out of house. We take the time to walk the customer around the house and explain what has been done and we make sure we meet the needs of the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our staff have been employed and trained by local casinos in the Las Vegas area. With that being said, we give them additional training on disinfecting high traffic areas and areas of concern based on the feedback of our customers
