She explains all the moves and the flow expertly, such that you can naturally follow even if you are a total beginner. She also shows options for more advanced poses if you are a more experienced practitioner. I cannot emphasize enough how much of a natural Grace is as a yoga teacher. I think she was born for this, because before I met Grace I was never that much into Yoga. Her Yoga in the Park event was also a great idea where you can be in touch with nature. The incorporation of live music with native instruments for sound healing at the end is a wonderful innovation!"See more
