This review is unfair! Owner had tenant contact me for service and repairs. Tenant contacted owner for approval to make repairs. Customers that are unreasonable are difficult to satisfy although great quality service was provided. I had apologized to Liz for the miss-communication between the tenant and tried to rectify the matter but to no avail. My prices were half of what other AC companies would have charged. If she could find a better deal, I will gladly refund her the money back.
