- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultations are $150 for one hour and give any advice or quick answers. That fee is waived if hired. Design work is packaged based on how large or small the scope of work is. Typically 10 hour packages of $1500 get whole room(s) project complete for decor hours start to finish. Install labor is additional, depending on the project. Any products purchased have a 20% mark up. We do our best to look for trade pricing and extend that discount to clients with small mark ups.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I will ask many questions about the project in text or on the Thumbtack App 2. Estimate is made 3.Once approved a contract and invoice is sent through my CRM portal which is very easy to use and holds all emails, invoices, contracts and documents all in one place for the duration of project life 4. Contract is signed by everyone, Retainer is paid and we start!
