- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Consultation (Discovery Call or Site Visit) We’ll discuss your space, goals, style preferences, budget, and timeline. Whether it’s launching a short-term rental, staging a home for sale, or reimagining a room, this is where I get to know you and your vision. 2. Proposal & Scope of Work You’ll receive a customized proposal outlining the design plan, deliverables, estimated timeline, and fees. Once approved, we move forward with creating the magic! 3. Design Concept & Mood Boards I’ll develop a design concept tailored to your space — including mood boards, color palettes, furniture selections, and layout suggestions. You’ll get a visual feel for the overall direction. 4. Revisions & Feedback We’ll review the concept together and make any necessary adjustments to ensure it aligns with your taste and goals. 5. Sourcing & Procurement Once the design is approved, I handle sourcing, ordering, and tracking all furnishings, décor, and materials — saving you time and stress. 6. Installation & Styling This is where the vision comes to life! I coordinate installation, styling, and final touches so the space feels complete, cohesive, and guest-ready (or market-ready). 7. Final Walkthrough & Client Handoff We’ll do a final walkthrough to ensure everything is perfect. I also provide tips or ongoing support as needed — especially helpful for vacation rental clients managing future bookings.
