- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we speak with prospective customers over the phone regarding the scope of work needed. Then we schedule an appointment to meet at the property for a free estimate. We provide that estimate within 48 business hours. Once the estimate is provided we offer to review the scope of work and costs with the customer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
For 15 years we have worked with investors, private home owners, HOA management, property management and real estate companies.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Customers should ask for professional references and request photos of previous work. It's always a great idea to discuss previous work history and experience.
