I had a destroyed front exterior door which was a real security issue. First of all once he assets the issue I told him I was not going to able to do it until 7 days from now and I expected not to hear from the owner (Douglas) until then, but to my surprise he returned with the parts paid for and fixed my issue as well as any other issues I had. I watched all the problem with this door because it was not the standard 36" x 80" and I would have called it a day, but he wouldn't stop until it was perfect. I can tell you that I will be using his company for all my projects and the price was very fair and honest as well! You just dont find companies or people like this anymore and he truly blessed my family and household! Thanks for everything Douglas!!

Details: Exterior door (e.g. front door, patio door) • Basic door (swings open and shut) • Metal • Paint or stain the door • Hinge repair • Weatherization (e.g. block drafts) • Lock installation or replacement • Home

Doug did an great job completing our bookshelf from floor to ceiling. It was a bigger job than he expected but came out great. The only negative part was timing. It took him 3 months to complete and never showed up on time and hard to contact and keep appointments. Also still waiting for him to pick up the wood left over. If you have the patience and time he will complete the work and do a good job just not on the time frame you agree upon

Details: I'm just starting • Dining or family room • New custom building or construction • Less than 500 sq ft • Residential
