Richard Brain from Gig My Rig and his associate did a great job of removing my junk. They showed up on time was friendly, but professional and got the job done in a timely manner. The price charged for the job was reasonable.

When I needed help returning a 9ft yard umbrella to the store, Richard was able to help the very next day. He handled all the disassembly, transport, and stayed with me until we were sure the store would take the item. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for his responsiveness, and lack of judgement for my needing help with such a seemingly minor task.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am happy to make an initial assessment based on a phone call and photos. A more thorough assessment will be made upon an in person, visual inspection. Any adjustments will be presented prior to the start of your project and with clients full approval. I prefer providing a flat rate to my clients which prevents additional fees versus an hourly rate format.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a questions and answers segment to allow all parties to become familiar with the project. Then, if we are a good fit for each other, we will move forward with scheduling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It's junk removal 😊 I do my own research online and in the field a.k.a. The School of Hard Knocks!
