- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing honest and competitive. We're not the unlicensed "craigslist guys" who cut corners, show up intoxicated or dump illegally. As a Local owned owner operated business, we're able to compete with the big corporate junk companies but with a more personal touch. We offer fair, upfront pricing and provide in-person quotes for bigger jobs since every job is unique. We factor in- -Time and labor -Distance from nearest dump/transfer station -Type of items (including any specailty disposal) and the approximate disposal cost. We do offer a helping hand or (DO-IT-TOGETHER) discounts for those who don't mind breaking a sweat to help you save.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Call, text or message us with details, including your zip code or address of service and any questions you might have. 2. Big cleanups are especially unique, We'll schedule a free no obligation on site estimate. 3. We show up on time, uniformed and ready to work. 4. We Toss everything on to our extra large 24 cubic yard dump truck, sweep up and leave your space fresh and Tidy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In this industry you don't really need any formal education or degree. What matters most is handling every job honestly, respectly and with professionalism. Showing up on time, communicating well, and doing everything legally, ethically and properly.
