I own several rental properties and had Simon quickly re-sod one of the distressed sales I bought when the bank let the yard die. The work was done on time, professionally and with a very reasonable price. I will be using him more in the future.

Simon came right on time to do estimate. We alkyd and my trees were taken out that day. The yard was left neat and tidy with be debris. They accidentally broke a sprinkler head which was repaired also by them. Good service . Thank you

Excellent. I called Simon Loza. He came out to give me a quote. I was expecting a lot more than what he quoted as other quotes I got were sky high so simon didn't cheat me. Came out when he said he would and when I got home it almost looked like a new house with the landscaping cleaned up. I highly recommend his services and will use him again

This was a great experience. I was contacted the next morning after the posting for tree trimming and giving an estimated quote. Simon then came out to give me a quote that was even less than the estimated quote which I thought was fair. I promptly had him do the work right there on the spot which he and his co-worker did great. Had the entire job done within 18 hours of the internet search and was very pleased with the outcome!

Simon was very professional and I felt that I got a good deal for all the work he and his workers had to do. I didn't like that one of his workers was on his cell phone a lot and butchered one of my shrubs. The other worker was awesome and worked hard the WHOLE time.
