The whole process with US turf was a pretty good experience for me. Gage came out and gave us a on the spot estimate and gave some advice on how the yard needs to be done. As a regular consumer you have in idea in your head, but not quite sure how to execute the design and Gage was very helpful, down to what materials to use and whats more cost saving. We even got a huge discount on the turf because the Golden Knights won the Stanley cup.The Silvestre crew came out and started working on the project, they were very nice and accommodated to some changes. When we were short on pavers, US turf said: Do whatever to make the customer happy. Thats some pretty amazing customer service, I was pretty shocked tbh.The craftsmanships were great and they got everything done in less than 3 days. When my trees werent doing well, I called them back and they in more soil for me. Silvestre really did an Amazon job, thank you !

Im a regular at Festival Turf. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have the BEST pricing in town. We are home of the $4.99 special that includes labor and material. Us turf has the most affordable prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is started by scheduling your FREE estimate. After the estimator has come to your home and given you an estimate & the customer agrees to pricing we require a 10% deposit ( unless there are financing). After the deposit has been made we then get our in house design team to create a 3D rendering. The customer will then make changes or approve their drawing. The customer will after submit there drawing to there HOA if required. Once they are HOA approved or don’t need approval we then schedule their installation. The first day the project starts you will meet with our project managers who will guide you through the whole process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owners have there contractor’s license. The workers have obtained certain classes for specific landscape needs.
