- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the yard and the type of work needed. Every property is different, so I like to take a look and give a fair and honest estimate. I focus on giving good value for the work I do, and I always aim to keep my pricing reasonable while delivering quality results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by talking with the customer about what they need and what they want their yard to look like. Then I take a look at the property and provide an estimate. Once everything is agreed on, we schedule the service and get started. I make sure the work is done carefully and that the yard looks clean and well taken care of when finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on work in landscaping and lawn care. Over time, I have learned the best ways to keep yards healthy, clean, and looking great. I continue to improve my skills by working on different types of projects and learning what works best for each type of yard.
