- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether we are being hired to maintain an existing landscape or design / install a new project for a customer the intial process is the same. It starts with effective communication and complete disclosure to the client on any questions they may have. Understanding exspectations is the key to success and provides us a benchmark to be able to exceed those expectations. We are available to communicate through Thumbtack, phone, text, email, and through our website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My intial background started with my biology studies at Old Dominion University. I later became certified with LEED new construction, Master Gardener/UNR, pesticide applicator, and watet auditor. My previous work history was Bellagio Horticulture Project Manager, CityCentet Horticulture/Construction Project Manager, and lastly Director of Horticulture at Aria/CityCenter. Through my education and work history I possess the technical knowledge and the customer service skills required to maintain working relationships with my clients.
