- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a quick call or a briefing time to understand all the key elements, brand tone, brand guidelines. Set up KPIs so we can track success and continue to monitor so we know what is and is not generating the type of engagement we are looking for. Social media is about being responsive and being able to react quickly if need be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 years of marketing experience with 2 of the top 3 cable companies in the country. Spent 3 years working for two of the top rated radio stations putting in the largest music festivals in southern Arizona. Spent the last 5 years working in sports for the fasting growing sports organization in the world with the last 3 years revamping social media strategy and increasing engagement, monetization and fan growth.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to learn and I've been a marketer and a promoter at heart since I was in high school. I grew up in the digital age and continue to embrace in all the various social media platforms to stay on top of trends.
