- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All grooming includes nail trim, brush out, ear cleaning, AG and a bath. Cats start at $60.00⬆️ Small dogs 0-15 $40.00 ⬆️ Medium dogs 15-40 55.00⬆️ Large dogs 40-70 $70.00⬆️ X-Large dogs 70-100 $85.00⬆️ I also can give fluids for your animal and basic care. 20.00⬆️ All cats and dogs if the animal becomes aggressive durning grooming I will stop. There will be a 40.00 charge regardless of grooming being complete. Prices may be more if there are to many matts to brush out. Price will be discussed after I have looked at the pet. Please let me know if your animal requires any special shampoo or special needs at time of schedule so I can assure I bring it with me. All pricing subject to change at any time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to always be courteous of the clients time and make a effort to make myself accessible to their schedule if possible. I will typically make an appointment via phone conversation and by text.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a veterinary technician for 13 years. I have worked and was trained by some of the top show kennels in the country and grooming and care of animals. I also have training form local groomers.
