- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not complicated and I am always happy to work around a person's budget. Of course, I do charge for travel and lodging but that is the norm in this industry. I have no problems meeting via phone or Skype if that works best for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with them on the phone so it will be a fun and comfortable time when we actually meet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I frequent many conferences per month as well as online seminars and I have a BS degree in Human Services, Social Work and Music.
