What a great group of guys.. They came in assess the house and made the move in about 5 hours... There were lots of large pieces of furniture they ramped everything and everything arrived unbroken and unscratched

Moved four items from our 2nd floor to the garage. Took less than 30 min. We did have to pay for the minimum hour, but other movers wanted a minimum 2 hours, so this was a bargain. We did have a slight issue with the billing (over charged $10), but they were very quick to respond and corrected the err. Movers were punctual and careful with the move. I would definitely hire them again.

Needed all the furniture removed from our dining room and living room out on to our patio. I made a reservation and they supplied to College Students who took care of the move for us quickly. They were friendly and worked diligently without damaging any of our furniture. Our price for the two workers was very reasonable. Two College Student made some money, I got my move done, and I learned about Bellhops. They will be coming back to return all the furniture after the floor is finished and the walls are painted. Thumbtack did a good job for me again. Bellhops I am glad I know about.

A four man job with some very big, very heavy items of furniture. They showed up promptly, were a very professional team, and handled some very tricky angles. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Straightforward pricing:
You only pay for the time your move requires, with no surprises (Moves with trucks have a one-time base fee plus the hourly rate).
For moves with trucks there is a 3 hour minimum.
For labor-only moving help there is a 2 hour minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Build your moving plan and schedule online or over the phone in minutes:
Tell us what you need, and we'll tailor your moving services and match you with the most-qualified movers. Book for free and pay only a deposit after 48 hours. The rest is due once your move is complete.
2) Meet your movers:
On the night before your move, you'll receive an e-mail that includes a photograph of each mover so that you’re greeted by familiar faces on moving day.
3) Relax while Bellhop carries out the job:Your lead mover will get in touch on the day of your move to let you know your team is on its way. Once your movers arrive, they’ll conduct a brief walk-through, take note of any special instructions you have, and then get moving. You will also be provided with a QR code to clock the team in and out, giving you control over the hours you will be billed.
