Excellent experience. Messaged Black Diamond maybe 4pm with a last-minute moving request. They replied almost immediately, we agreed a price and he was at my door before 7pm. It's so refreshing to find someone that can just do what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it.

Jordan and his partner are hero’s! Last minute move with my giant laser engraving machine. 1128 lbs and big. They handled it with extreme care and with a smile.
