Emergency same-day services and after-hours calls may include an additional service fee. Material costs, dump fees (if applicable), and specialty parts are discussed and approved before any work begins. Estimates are clear, professional, and tailored to your property’s needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, professional, and hassle-free: Contact Us – Call or text with your service request, photos, and property address. Property Review – We review photos or schedule an on-site inspection if needed. Upfront Estimate – You receive a clear quote with labor, materials, and any service fees explained upfront. Scheduling – Once approved, we schedule your service at a convenient time. Professional Service – We arrive on time, complete the work properly, and keep you updated throughout the job. Final Walkthrough – We test the system, show completed repairs/installation, and provide before-and-after photos if requested. Easy Payment & Follow-Up – Payment is due upon completion by invoice or Zelle, and we’re available for ongoing maintenance, seasonal timer adjustments, and future service. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve built my experience through years of hands-on field work in irrigation, landscaping, tree care, and property maintenance throughout the Las Vegas Valley. My training comes from real-world installation, troubleshooting, repairs, water management, timer programming, valve replacements, drip systems, sprinkler systems, leak detection, and landscape maintenance. I continuously stay up to date on desert irrigation practices, water conservation, HOA standards, and the latest products and equipment to deliver reliable, efficient, and long-lasting solutions for every customer.
