What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge by square footage, taking account things like total wall space, texture, scaffold or lift rental, required surface prep, if a sealant is needed, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the client and get the idea of what they're looking for, and preferably to see the wall myself. After a deposit I will mock up images of what the wall would look like and once agreed on the design I begin the paint process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over ten years in large scale painting with spray and brush, illustration and design. Ive spent years as a commercial painter before switching to murals.
