- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Client interaction and pricing is often done on case by case basis due to a large variety of options and or client needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by taking either an introductory email or phone consultation to understand our clients wants/needs. From there we craft personalized menus and experiences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both business partners/managers posses culinary certificates from accredited culinary schools (Le Cordon Bleu, Colorado Mountain College). In addition have a combined work experience in the hospitality industry of over 40 years in some of the countries highest regarded kitchens.
