I have been involved in health and fitness almost my whole life. I used to play Professional Baseball and after an injury turned my focus to Bodybuilding and soon became Pro. As a personal trainer it is my passion to help others build a healthy and fit lifestyle. I love to motivate and encourage others to achieve their goals and establish a lifelong healthy lifestyle.

I have been working with Diesel for about two weeks, and so far it has been the best experience fitness wise that I’ve had! He pushes me each session to train harder than I ever have before, and teaches me great fundamentals of not only working out, but nutrition as well. The value that he brings for the price he charges is absolutely worth what you pay for and more. Being as great as he is, Diesel of course does get busy, but if he forgets to text me over anything at all, if I send him a quick reminder he’s usually right on top of it, which is awesome!
Overall, I am very happy with the service Diesel has and continues to provide for me. The gym he works out in is comfortable, he’s very knowledgeable, and I feel that I’m finally beginning to achieve the goals physically that I’ve always wanted. I will definitely be a long time client and recommend him to anyone who’s looking to elevate their fitness and lifestyle routines. Thanks for all your hard work Diesel!
