- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is based on how many sessions you purchase at once. It ideally takes a few months to start seeing the results you are looking for. I reccomend people see me three times a week, minimum of two times weekly.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always athletic, my parents put me in Basketball at a very young age and I loved it from the start. After school and sports were over I needed to find a new love. I started endurance training, doing triathlons and marathons but found although I loved them, I wanted something different. I started weight training and found that my fitness program was complete. I was still eager to learn so I went to school and have been training and nutrition counseling since. I love my job!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have clients that are looking for fat loss and clients working toward building more muscle as well. I love working with all types of people and enjoy making people feel good about themselves!
