I do everything within my power to develop the most effective training plan possible for achieving your health and fitness goals while still staying within your budget. Just because I have a great deal of experience and have been fortunate enough to experience an awesome amount of successful with my clients doesn’t mean I charge exorbitant fees for my services.
First we should correspond via message or verbally over the phone in order to discuss your precise goals, current fitness levels, injuries, past experiences with exercise and nutrition, and any other questions or concerns you may have. From there we can schedule a complimentary workout/fitness assessment so that you can try out a workout for yourself and assess my abilities. Then from there, we work together to formulate the training plan that will best allow you to accomplish your goals, while still respecting your budget and time availabilities.
I have been certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, International Sports Sciences Association, International Fitness Professionals Association, Apex Group, and DotFit over my 16 year career. I also attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas for 4 years and am pursuing my degree in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in nutrition, to elevate my credentials and knowledge base to the highest level I can.
