Introduction: Thank you and congratulations on taking the first step towards accomplishing your health and fitness goals. As a certified trainer here in the Vegas valley for over 19 years I have made it my life’s purpose to empower and assist others at accomplishing their individual goals through the most advanced and effective nutrition and exercise strategies possible. I train exclusively at Las Vegas’ premiere fitness facility, LVAC, located conveniently on Eastern and the 215 freeway, and you need to have a membership at LVAC (which works at all their citywide locations) once we begin training on a regular basis (but a membership isn’t necessary for our first appointment). I strive to help as many clients as possible to reach their individual goals, but if you cannot travel to me at this location you would be better served finding a trainer where it is most convenient to you. I have hired two personal trainers before I met Dustin. I had already spent easily $10,000 on private personal training with other trainers before him. I thought I just was always going to have to put in double the work to get half the results with my health and fitness goals... thankfully I met Dustin who has changed that perception. I wish I could have taken back all the time and money spent with previous trainers and invested with Dustin initially. The speed of the results I have received with him has been phenomenal and the value for money is worth it. For instance, I began working with him April 7th and couldn't do more than 7 quality pushups. By May 23rd he had me able to do 23 perfect pushups. I began with an assisted pullup set of 6 with 140 pounds assisted, by may 20th he had me at 12 pullups with only 60 pounds assisting me! He has been steadily working with me to prepare me for US Spec Ops Special Warfare Division and I plan on continuing to work with him and could not be happier. Secondly, he is extremely easy to work with and accommodating to busy professionals with careers. I cannot tell you how accommodating he has been to someone who already works 60 hours a week and runs a small business If you are on the fence, or are worried if it will be worth the money, pull the trigger on the decision to work with Dustin, you will not find a more friendly professional trainer who just gets you results in a fitness world where everyone has suddenly become a trainer overnight.

I've been training with Dustin once a week since mid-September 2020, and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Prior to starting our sessions, Dustin and I sat down to talk about my goals, and I feel that he has done everything possible to get me there. I appreciate that he allowed me to point out what I wanted to focus on, and didn't push towards a specific weight goal if that was not what I wanted. I have participated in the group sessions, and I have always felt that Dustin is great at balancing everyone's individual workouts. Not only does he explain what you need to do, but he'll also demonstrate the exercise to show proper form. I also appreciate that Dustin focuses on incorporating a mixture of bodyweight, free weight, and machine exercises. I can give a couple examples of how I've improved during my time with Dustin. During the summer before I started training, my max on back squats was 175 pounds. 6 months later, I reached 185. While this might not seem like a huge difference, as a 5'2", ~140 lbs 23 year old, I consider it a big accomplishment, and Dustin's training was a big influence. Another example is being able to complete a minimum of 10 full pushups with a focus on triceps rather than chest. Another great thing about Dustin is his flexibility. We all know life can mess up the best plans, and I have had to reschedule or cancel a few times. He has always been generous about rescheduling and I have always appreciated it. I look forward to our last few sessions, and hope that we can one day work together again. Thanks so much Dustin!

I started with Dustin in early January 2020 with the starting weight of 195 lbs and body fat of 27.2% (per my scale). Oh boy! The first few sessions were really tough and at one point, I was questioning whether I should give it up. However, Dustin is always there motivating and checking on me with responsible eating and exercising. He provided basic guidance on my diet as well as supplements to support my weight loss journey. With 8 sessions, I was able to drop the weight to 182 lbs and body fat at 17.8%. I am excited where this journey will take me to, and I certainly recommend him if you are looking for a personal trainer. Thank you Dustin for so patient with me.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I do everything within my power to develop the most effective training plan possible for achieving your health and fitness goals while still staying within your budget. Just because I have a great deal of experience and have been fortunate enough to experience an awesome amount of successful with my clients doesn’t mean I charge exorbitant fees for my services.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First we should correspond via message or verbally over the phone in order to discuss your precise goals, current fitness levels, injuries, past experiences with exercise and nutrition, and any other questions or concerns you may have. From there we can schedule a complimentary workout/fitness assessment so that you can try out a workout for yourself and assess my abilities. Then from there, we work together to formulate the training plan that will best allow you to accomplish your goals, while still respecting your budget and time availabilities.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, International Sports Sciences Association, International Fitness Professionals Association, Apex Group, and DotFit over my 16 year career. I also attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas for 4 years and am pursuing my degree in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in nutrition, to elevate my credentials and knowledge base to the highest level I can.
