Pricing depends on how often you want to train, but the goal is to keep it straightforward and focused on progress.

I usually start with a quick conversation to understand your goals, your current level, and what you’ve tried before. From there, I build a simple plan so you know exactly what to do each session. We keep things structured and focus on consistency so you actually see progress week by week.
