Introduction: If you want to change up the normal fitness routine you have come to the right spot. At Das Fitness we focus on using functional fitness movements to create a healthier more active lifestyle. We offer one on one sessions, group sessions and eventually bootcamp. Our sessions are 1 hour long and include a warm-up with thorough stretching, a metabolic conditioning section which will be circuit, interval, or endurance training using running and a number of body weight and weighted movements or it could be running or swimming depending on what is programmed for that particular day and client. This 1 hour session will also include a thorough cool down so that we can properly loosen any tight muscles and bring the body down to a rest heart rate.
