I had pretty much given up hope on slimming down for my wedding...then only with around 2 months left Mike came to my rescue! I lost between one and three inches around my whole body in only 4 weeks during his personal training and fitness plan! I'm only 4' 10" so I really couldn't have even lost more than that. I also built some really great muscle which I never really had before. My upper body strength was almost non existent. I owe it all to his dedication and genuine care. The personalized work out routines always kept me on my toes and reaching new goals I never thought possible. I highly recommend his services, but you have to be willing to put as much effort in it as he does. It's not easy, but SO worth every second! Especially when you're seeing such amazing results!

Oustanding job overall. Was there for me day or night. Stayed positive when I was down on my results and kept on me when he felt like I could give more. Between the food plan and constant interaction with him, it was the perfect scenario for me to get the results I wanted. Tried moving into his house to have him as my trainer 24/7...no dice.
