I cannot recommend CJ highly enough! If you are serious about changing your body and your life, he's your man! I have been lucky enough to work with CJ for a year now, and my body has never been better! I have never felt so great in a bikini, and thanks to him I have been able to feel EXCITED about spending two weeks in a bathing suit on vacation!! :) You literally cannot put a price on that feeling, and the price that you do pay is so reasonable! CJ's incredible capability and dedication to improving the lives of others really shows in how he goes the extra mile to really understand and help you achieve your goals. I can only imagine the level of excellence that he has brought to other people in the Las Vegas area, and my boyfriend and I are truly lucky to have met him. The transformation that my body has undergone has floored me consistently, and I feel great! His ability to always be encouraging and positive during my journey has made all of the difference, and I am so very happy with my results!

CJ became my trainer toward the end of my contracted sessions. I've had many trainers in my life and CJ was one of the best! He had new techniques and ideas for me, kept me motivated, was always on time and pushed me when I need it most. Thank you CJ and good luck with your new book!

I had the pleasure of having C.J. Wiggins as my personal trainer for the last six months. As a middle aged woman, I am probably not the most exciting specimen there is to work with, but I never felt that he would prefer to be training anyone else. I worked with C.J. twice a week, and in addition to a diverse exercise regimen, he addressed proper diet and positive thinking. He always arrived at work early for our training sessions, and always did what he said he would do. The best result, well I am thirty pounds lighter, and feel much better about myself.

CJ has a really good knowledge of fitness. He planned our workouts according to my ability, yet pushed me farther than I would push myself. He also knows exactly what to adjust if there was any discomfort. I enjoy working out with him.

CJ is the man! My GF and I went to him for quick results before a tropical vacation and he got us ready with great training for our whole body and even provided nutritional planning! Super solid guy that makes you feel real at home....definitely recommend him to anyone with any fitness goals: he'll help you reach them!
