- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mostly flexible and can work with budgets, all prices are for in home care
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I always arrange a meet and greet to assure the pet will be comfortable and then I like to have the Pet Parent walk me through a normal day for the pet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained at PetSmart as a Professional Pet Stylist and at Petco as a dog trainer. I am also have experience working for non profit rescues and administering medication to animals
