Aleisha was great to work with. I was having pain and spasms in my shoulder blade and back. She treated the problem area with dry needling and cupping which gave me immediate relief. She then walked me through some exercises to help stabilize my shoulder and strengthen my lower traps. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back

The Best in the Biz!! She has helped me for years. I wish I would’ve found her way sooner. My calves and lower back has always been big issues and she knows exactly what to do and where the pain stems from and then gets right to the origin.

Aleisha had been amazing from my frozen shoulder injuries I had during pandemic! She's helped me recover from not being able to lift my shoulder to doing all kinds of movements with my shoulders. She's amazing, professional and a dry needling expert. Highly recommend dry needling if you never experience it with her!

I have a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy and have been helping people recover from injuries for 16 years.

I have worked with all types of people ranging from novice athletes to professional athletes, weekend warriors to people recovering from surgery or just wanting to start exercising and address aches and pains without injuring themselves. I have also worked with all age levels.
