TL;DR: Mike is at the top of the PT game and takes a comprehensive approach to healing your ailments. He cured me where other PTs could not.I had severe neck/trap knotting and pain to the point where I couldn't work out, play golf, etc., for about a year (there's no way to know 100% what caused it, but a partially torn pec from 20 years ago was probably the start of this problem). I went to PT at another place for 3-4 months, and my healing stopped progressing. They focused on my symptomatic area while giving me stretches and exercises to do as well. It progressed a little, but even though they 'graduated' me, I knew it wasn't fixed. Started lightly working out, and within 2 months, I was back to being injured. Found Mike online, and he was noticeably different. He took his time learning what was wrong with my neck area, and his treatment was much more complete than just focusing on the symptomatic area. With a combination of dry needling, myofascial release, electrical stimulation, stretches, and exercises, I have truly found relief. Working out again at the same strength I was at before my injury, and playing golf with no restriction in range of motion. After not being active for a year, I started to think that a 100% recovery was unlikely; I was ready to chalk it up to aging. I'm pumped to have been wrong! I can't thank Mike enough and would recommend him to anyone whose main goal is to return to their normal state before their injury.

Mike went above and beyond. As a 42 year old, Ive been dealing with a bunch of nagging issues from jiu jitsu and just life. After a great session with Mike I have more mobility in my neck and shoulder than I have had in ages, plus my hip pain is almost gone! Thank you again for helping keep this old man in working order! If you need some help with your aching body, Mike is your guy!

Mike Edwards is truly one of a kind. He has worked with me, my wife, and even my momand in every case, he's been incredibly flexible, understanding, and most importantly, effective.I originally started seeing Mike for some nagging aches and pains, and I was blown away by how innovative his approach to physical therapy is. He used a mix of dry needling and trigger point therapytechniques I hadnt tried beforeand the results were amazing. Theres nothing quite like that moment when a muscle jumps during treatment and you feel that instant wave of relief. Its wild and it works.Another story that really stands out: My mom was visiting from out of town to help with our newborn, and she needed to continue PT for her broken shoulder while she was here. Mike stepped in seamlessly, gave her excellent care, and then went above and beyond by calling her regular PT back home. He gave a detailed update on her progress and even shared additional recovery suggestions. That kind of thoughtfulness and professionalism is rare. Were all so grateful to have found Mike. I can't recommend himand My Movement PThighly enough.

Have a very good experience working with Mike, after one hour session I was able to move my shoulder with more range than I could in the past month. He is very talented and professional.
