Erin did an amazing job with my grand piano. She was able to stop my pedal from squeaking. She also did her best to remove a stain on some of my keys. It has been about 8 year’s since my last tuning. My piano sounds beautiful now, thank you, Erin. Great job!

The young lady arrived at the scheduled time, tuned the piano, and repaired the sticky key. My wife is please with the work performed. At the end, the young lady gave us one of her business cards which we taped to the bottom of piano bench. This way, we'll have her contact information and can call her back in the future.

We acquired an old piano that rarely (if ever) got played in the last 50ish years and thought it was done for. Erin was able to do a pitch raise and make it sound great! Now our son can learn to play! Pricing was affordable! We’ll definitely be reaching out for all our future tunings. Thanks again!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a member of the PTG and regularly attend educational guild meetings & classes.
I also attend the annual the Piano Technicians Guild National Convention and took classes and hands on training from some of best piano technicians in the piano industry.
I have done an apprenticeship with some of the best technicians in town and am now a Registered Piano Technician myself after a serious of rigorous tests.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My parents bought me a 1930s baby grand piano about 9 years ago. While at the Family Music store I met a piano tuner Kelly Dugger and we hired her to tune my piano. I had been thinking about piano technology for a little while, but watching her work was fascinating! She explained some of the process and it just solidified that this is what I was supposed to be doing. I started attending Piano Technicians Guild meetings and became a member of the guild in 2017.
