I requested service for some plumbing issues and they were prompt, professional and thorough. Not only were they able to get me on the schedule the same afternoon, but the responsiveness to communications were very prompt and thorough. They even communicated location with a picture of the technician, Ruben Dominguez. Ruben arrived right on time and was very professional and thorough. He explained everything he was doing throughout the inspection and discussed the issues in order to fully understand each step. He took pictures of everything in order to provide a thorough quote with details.

Technician was professional. Arrived on time, wore booties, ask questions, and was very knowledgeable. However, he wasted time trying to upsell me on things that I did not call about or even mention. He also tried to upsell me on some expensive service plan - pay up front warranty-style nonsense. He had to stop and call the office to get clarification on several things. There was no price negotiation option. Because he wasted so much time doing all of these things that I did not call about he did not have time to do my repairs and had to call the office again to see if another technician could come back today or if not, I would have to wait. You better believe he made sure to get my service call charge put in. He actually wasted my time and charged me for it. SMH. Had he just given me an estimate on why I reached out in the first place, then he would’ve been able to to do the repairs. Now I wasted an entire day off of work and have to wait on a second plumber to show up this afternoon to do the repairs. Their prices are also very high. If it wasn’t an urgent matter, I likely would’ve just eaten the service fee. Almost $900 for a hose bib and toilet. I’ll consider coming back and revamping my review if and when the second guy shows up.
