- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You will get a resume/cover letter, changes in your LinkedIn profile, personal business card for network events, a page of references, SEO (search ending optimization) keywords in your resume and cover letters. The personal business card is something that you won’t get from other resume writers, and these cards are needed during job networking events. You will got both an ATS-ready resume and cover letter as well as an elegant version of your resume and cover letter. I will also help you as a career coach, which means I will help you apply, find companies that work well with your personal culture, and help you start a freelance business if you think this would be a smart option for you. I am here to answer any questions you might have and can't wait to connect with you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Email me with your outdated or non-edited resume, and I will email you back usually at the same hour. If you don't have a resume at all, that's completely fine. Just email me that you don't have a resume and we will talk about what we have to do to give you a great resume in only a few days! 2. As soon as you make an order with me, I will always start at the same hour. 3. Usually, in 1-2 days, I will give you a draft. You then can email me back, both with the parts of the resume that you like and the parts that you would like to change. I will read all of your thoughts and will use those thoughts as I re-edit the resume if you need or want this. Usually, we only have to do this one time. Sometimes, we have to do it one more time, but generally, after editing the resume, using your ideas and thoughts, you will be pleased with what you have. 4. I will always give you both .doc and PDF versions of this resume!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always getting new certifications. I have certifications and done classes for resume writing (CPRW), editing a LinkedIn profile, career coaching, CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy), using SEO (search engine optimization) in a resume, and how to use hashtags in LinkedIn to get new viewers and more clicks. I used to work for TopStack Resume, a company that writes resumes, cover letter, and edits LinkedIn profiles. I am now a freelance resume writer, which allows me to give more items and documents to each person I work with.
